Engineered Timber Flooring has a top layer of natural hardwood, usually an oak. It has the luxurious feel of solid timber floorboards without the price tag.

 The top layer is usually 3-4mm then the bottom layer is either softwood or hardwood. They are installed by tongue & groove or drop & lock. They can be a floating floor or they can be glued to your floor.
